| Sun 15 Apr | Shannons Queensalnd Auto Spectacular, Willowbank. The Club would like ALL members to attend and to support the Club on the day. There will be a prize for the club with the most vehicles attending so here is an opportunity, particularly for those members that we do not see often, to come and support the club and to meet other members. I would like to make this a club day where we can get together as a club and meet. We will have our site set up with our gazebo and club signage etc. So please make the effort to support your club by attending with your vehicle. We, as a club, need to pre-book with numbers of vehicles that we expect to turn up to ensure that sufficient space is granted to the club. The cost of entry is $5 per car (the club will refund this to members who turn up) and $10 per person. It is expected that over 6000 spectators and 900 cars will be in attendance. This is great opportunity for us to show off our cars and meet other people. On the day there be the usual judging and display of vehicles, sound off competitions, car corral for displays and sellers, 1/4 mile drags, dyno testing, wheel changing comp, national rocker cover racing, test n tune, trade sites, amusement for the kids, swap meet, motor sport exhibition and free spectator car parking.
